the company is taken over by Horst Hirtler, GmbH+Co KG
candle and soap factory

Horst Hirtler dies, Helga Hirtler takes over the company
1980:
Curta GmbH (later Jade) buys 70% of the company
1983:
Jade (Cassella) buys the remaining 30%.
1984:
the company becomes a 70% subsidiary of Beiersdorf
1989: Beiersdorf buys the remaining 30%
From January 1st, 2007 Hirtler became
an 100% affiliate of
Budelpack Holding B.V., NL.
From April 2010 Possehl-Group takes over all assets and business
activities. Hirtler GmbH changes its name into HIRTLER SEIFEN
GmbH
